Jarrahdale 25.2% now $430,000
Nedlands 22.7% now $1.7 million
Cottesloe 21.6% now $2.05 million
Claremont 20.8% now $1.225 million
Cambridge 16% now $1.05 million
Subiaco 14.3% now $1.157 million
Kalamunda 12.2% now $430,000
