House Prices in Perth Continue Fall
The blood letting in the Perth real estate market doesn't seem to have ended, with the house prices falling anohter 0.8% in October 2011, bringing the year to date drop to 4.4% which equates to a drop of around $20,000 on an average Perth home according to RP Data.
With a drop in interest rates, and possibly another one around the corner next week, it will be interesting to see how Perth prices hold up.
