Top 10 Fastest Selling Perth Suburbs
The Australian published a list of the 80 hottest suburbs around Australia based on the number of days the average property is on the market. In Western Australia, the fastest selling suburbs are Craigie, Kalamunda, Melville, Wilson, Beldon, Woodlands, Parkwood, Queens Park and Edgewater.
